Citizens Advice Tunbridge Wells & District
Citizens Advice is a national charity with offices in England and Wales. All Citizens Advice Bureaux are independent charities that have to manage their own funding needs. Whilst we receive substantial funding from the local authority and other public bodies, we also rely on charitable grants and donations from individuals and corporations to continue to offer a service to the community we serve. We provide the advice people need for the problems they face. We offer information and advice on a wide range of issues to those living or working in the Tunbridge Wells area.
Our service is free, confidential, independent, and impartial. We will not judge you, persuade you, or tell you what you should do. We will listen, explain all the options available to you, and support you in the course of action you decide to take. We help many more people than we can directly support, by campaigning. We use the evidence from our clients to challenge those in authority to change their policies and practices.
