The Prevention of Actual and Threatened Homelessness (PATH) project is a partnership of advice agencies giving holistic advice to those facing homelessness in the north and west Kent areas. The partnership, led by CANWK, includes West Kent Mediation, West Kent Mind, Choices, Porchlight and Samaritans.
